| Cancellation and Return Policy |
We are committed to making you feel comfortable with your shopping experience at Save-on-Pharma.com.
You can cancel your orders prior to the day they are shipped with no penalties or charges.
You will receive a full refund on orders in cases when the medication shipped to you does not correspond to the original
prescription. To return this type of order, please click here (a new browser window will open)
to email us your request and we will provide you with the
instructions on how to return the package to us at no cost to you.
We are unable to return or refund medications once they have been shipped from our Canadian pharmacy in compliance with
the B.C. College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5. subsection 1(No registrant may accept for return to stock or reuse any drug
previously dispensed. (The BC College of Pharmacists Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)). All sales are final.
A restocking fee of 15% plus the shipping charge applied to the order subtotal will be charged on all unauthorized returns
or for any packages returned due to the customer's refusal of shipment.

| Shipping Policy |
At Save-on-Pharma.com, we are committed to delivering the prompt service you can rely on to get your order when you expect it.
Prescription orders are shipped within 4 to 8 business days of receiving an order and a valid prescription written by a doctor.
Once shipped, it takes about 8 to 13 business days for delivery. OTC products are guaranteed to be delivered to your door within 5 to 7
business days.
